Stylewithjibs Return/Refund/Exchange Policy
Please read carefully!
- All items ordered are not refundable
- Only items wrongly sent to customers will be refundable or exchanged e.g incorrect size/ deign/ color has been delivered.
- If the fault is coming from the customer, the customer will pay for the delivery fee for an item to be exchanged.
- Return is only permissible within 7 working days if the item is wrongly sent to customer. Once it’s past 7 working days, the customer can’t return the item for a refund or exchange.
- There would be no refund, return, or exchange for the customer if the item that was intended to be returned as a result of wrong delivery to the customer and the returned item is not in the condition in which it was delivered to the customer.
- We do not have to give you a refund if you change your mind about a purchase - so please choose carefully.
